Our base office in Egypt is now providing its services in the development of real estate projects covering Maadi area (including Degla, Sarayat, Zahraa el Maadi and other surroundings). However by 2011,Tamayoz intends to extend its operations to include 18 other branches in Egypt, and furthermore, plans to expand its activities to include 30 branches covering Egypt before moving on to the key regional and multinational markets .

Holding the "Appraisal Certificate" and the "Brokerage Certificate" from the American University in Cairo, he is entitled with the qualifications enabling practice in all appraisal and brokerage activities. El-Rashidy has also attained a prestigious certificate in International Property Management together with other management and closing technique certificates .
